Secured grants to fund new approaches to learning and staff development; recruited subject matter experts for the Department’s professional development. Recipient of award from the Special Education Parent Advisory Committee.

Founded a behavioral health practice for children, teens, and adults with ADHD, overseeing all business functions including financial planning, marketing, client relations, and web development. Developed the Executive Function Roadmap for ADHD™, a criterion-referenced executive function assessment framework, and created Breakthrough ADHD Training for Behavior Analysts™, a continuing education curriculum offered under BACB Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Provider status. Designed and built two web platforms featuring interactive tools, gamified learning modules, and resources for families, teens, and behavior analysts.
