Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

Digital products include our downloads and courses.

When Refunds Are Not Available:

  • We do not issue refunds for digital products once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, whichever occurs first.
  • Digital products are considered "accessed" when you receive login credentials to a course portal, download a file, or view protected content.

Exception for Technical Failures:

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchased digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund. Contact us immediately at ryan@appliedbehavioral.health.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Courses:

For our comprehensive training programs (including Breakthrough ADHD Training for Behavior Analysts™), if you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days AND have completed less than 25% of the course content, you may request a refund.

Refund Policy for Services Rendered

Services Defined:

For purposes of this policy, "services" include ADHD coaching, parent training, professional consultation, and live webinars.

1. General Policy

All fees paid for services rendered are final and non-refundable. Payments compensate for time, expertise, and resources utilized.

2. Eligibility

Refunds considered for non-delivery of service, administrative errors, or provider-side cancellations due to emergencies.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Subjective preference after service completion.
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice.
  • Change of mind after time has been reserved for you.

4. Refund Request Procedure:

Submit a written request to ryan@appliedbehavioral.health within 30 days. Please allow 5 business days for review and 10 business days for processing approved refunds.
